The LODC offers a variety of services and courses for professional and
amateur dancers, of any age, gender and ability:
- In Workshops and Residencies, students are introduced to a new exciting
approach to dance and movement, both - intellectually and physically.
- Dance Professional and Teacher’s Development course offer new ideas,
guidance and support for using dance as a teacher, choreographer or performer.
- Outreach Programme are organised to match with the National Curriculum's
Standard and your school's syllabus. These activities give pupils enjoyable
learning experience in out-of-school hours.
- Guest Lectures and Revivals from Score are practical and/or theoretical
lecture demonstrations, and will give students a further insight of Motif
Notation and Labanotation.
- Ann Hutchinson Guest Library Collection offers over 1000 publications
on dance, with a emphasis on movement notation systems.
